Too small to be one, someone mentioned that it might be a "Blue Fairy" doll.

I remember Danny posting a pic of her some time ago, she does look marvelous, though I can't help with what type of doll she is, sorry!
It looks like a resin ball-jointed doll. I can't tell if it's from Volks or not because the pic is kind of blurry. Try posting her pic on www.denofangels.com/forums, there's a section to post photos and people will help you to identify the doll.
I wonder what she is too...I can tell she's a resin ball jointed but I dunno what make. Time to start searching pictures on Den of Angels!
