Need a recipe for Yodabashi's strawberry white cake

Would anybody happen to know a recipe for the strawberry white cake (like the one seen in many anime) sold in the cafe atop Yodaboshi? My wife has been trying to replicate the frosting and is close but something seems to be missing. Would be grateful to anyone who can pass along the recipe to this delicious cake. The cake looks kind of like this pic :)
