I dont think kit bashing is much of a big issue. I find it amusing that ppl keep bashing bandai for these tactics, but in fact for those who wants a particular kit because he or she likes it, bashing isn't much of an issue. If you don't like it, then don't buy from Bandai. I get irritated seeing how ppl complain Bandai bash this and that.

Only complaint is that the legs look a bit.. disproportionate. Too long, and thick in comparison to the body, and I can imagine the price tag on this. Anyone think they'll use gold-coated runners instead of the cheap stuff they used for the MG?

I'm probably gonna end up getting this if the reviews are favorable....i pre-ordered my PG 00....and i ended up with a half arsed engineered kit....but in the mean time, i like how my Strike Freedom Lighting edition came out, so that will be enough to tide me over....this thing better come with an epic stand for those flying poses though....

Damn, hoped it was BEE-Craft instead of Hajime Katoki. He's way influenced by his recent work on Unicorn Gundam till this S.Freedom has legs that look like Unicorn's legs, a bit longer and fatter...

This is most likely going to have some reused runners from the PG Strike. Since Bandai's jumping around the metaseries for their releases, if there's ANY mech that deserves a PG, or even an MG for that matter, it's the GSX-401 Stargazer. Just think of the gimmicks it could have with the gold sections!

But only because I loathe the gold joints. Will probably end up buying because it's a perfect grade and actually pain the frame grey like I did with the MG.

Freedom would gave been a much better choice. And I won't be able to say until the first images are released but freedom (and SF) don't gee the same frame as strike or red frame but some parts could very well be shared with a redesign. I just hope it's better than the 00 gundam.

Well, I'm definitely going to get this kit.

Seed/Destiny weren't the best shows story/character wise, but the Gundams themselves we're greatly designed.

I've never been keen on Strike Freedom. The wings and funnels have always been kinda meh.

Freedom on the other hand is quite possibly one of the sexiest units in existence, even if it is slightly wider than most others

I like this, most likely get it, cant wait to see how epic the wings are gonna look in pg form. Why are people saying its another strike recycle? i dont think SF or even Freedom uses the same body... if you ever looked at the design you would know that there different. obviously you would know red frame is the strike frame since the actual design is a prototype of the strike gundam but freedom and sf are not based on that design.

All because its it has strike in its name dosent mean its gonna use the strike frame.... geez
and about the gold joint thing, at first when i saw it on the mg i was turned off but the gold kinda grew on me... but if you dont like it paint it gray ...

And about bandai milking people with the same molds.... grow up ... they need to make money to if they want sell the same mold with different things ( mg strike ), let them not like its hurting you in anyway. Dont like it? DONT BUY IT. stop ^#%@%ing about it

With that said, I do like some of the mecha designs. I think this LOOKS good, but hell, knowing Bandai, be prepared to see some gold plated joints, lackluster MG level detail and 200+ price tag.
