just arrived to shop today & the salesgirl called me to pick her up
late to home while my parents were sleeping because I need pick her to home without alert them
(they were sayin' that I bought too much toys and dolls XD)

Congratulations on your recent additions, however the ribbon isn't broken o-o so I wouldn't worry. Just due to the nature of ribbons, they often fray slightly at the ends. Since Volks use the ribbon as a temporary secure for the dolls, theres no need really to perfectly finish the ends of the ribbons anyway.
not quite sure why the ribbons is broken, may be got the friction during delivery
