Custom Pencil boards?

I love pencil boards. Any time I go to a convention, I'll always check for new boards to buy. It helps me in my college notes too, because I tend to press the pencil too hard on the paper!
I was wondering, do any of you know any websites that would make custom pencil boards for someone in the USA?
Someday I hope to have a booth in Artist Alley and I think it would be cool to have pencil boards for sale too :)

No, I think she's talking about printing the art on a thin sheet of plastic.

Indeed they're like clipboards. But instead of cork or matte plastic, I think they use gloss plastic sheets with an art inside for these specific Pencil Boards.

Hmm... but ya know what, a laminated artprint would be a very good and less costy alternative!
I never figured out what those pencil boards were actually for. ^ ^;
So I never bought any.

Hmmm, can't say I know a place where to get custom ones. At my local Kinokuniya bookstore they have a huge collection of pencil boards or shitajiki (probably 150+ different) for about $4 each. I go hunting for new ones once in a while for an out of state friend so if there are any specific ones or series you are looking, I could tell you if they have them. That Haruhi one is very nice in your picture. It's from Comptiq Ace April 2009 issue isn't it? The backside with Noizi Ito's art is the better side in my opinion.
I would love this pencil board.
