The Fate/Stay Night nendo puchi I've pre-ordered has finally arrived a week ago, but I've only started to open and assemble them today.
I'm pretty happy that I've gotten no duplicates -- but then, when I was down to assembling the Rider puchis, I've noticed that their faces are the same!
Mind you, I do know that the puchis can swap faces, but I only bought one boxed set of FSN nendo puchis, and I have gotten no duplicates.
I've already sent an email to the shop I've bought them from, but since they're a local seller and not a trusted online store like AmiAmi, I'm not sure if they'll even bother to fix the problem or if they even could fix the problem ;A;
Update: Followed ecchirabu's suggesstion and sent an email to GSC support yesterday with photos. Hopefully they'll be able to respond, at the least.
The Fate/Stay night nendoroid petits seem to have poor quality control, a bit of a disappointment on GSC's part.
My Rin came without an arm, and I've heard of others missing body parts as well.
What you should do is email support@goodsmile.jp and tell them your problems, be sure to send them the pictures so they know exactly what's wrong and what to send you. English is fine, so I wouldn't go through the trouble of trying to translate in Japanese.
I emailed both them and Hobby Search and each sent me the missing arm, so now Rin has an extra arm to spare.

Actually, I have another problem -- which is the lion of my puchi Hetare Saber isn't moving at all. But I'm not sure how to prove that, since photos won't exactly show it. D:
Just include it in the email, I don't think they'll have any reason to oppose you. If you want, take a picture of the bottom and hi-light the wheels just so they know which Saber you're talking about.
i got this set coming with my august orders...now i'm praying for no dismemberment.
I've taken photos and a video of it not moving. ~_~; Hopefully they get it.
I guess I'll insert what little Japanese I know so it'll be clearer too.
oh wow I didn't know that! My haruhi summer figma's ponytail bangs don't fit correctly and have slipped out and become damaged, do you think that'd be covered or not, since it was out of the package when damage was caused?
I've had a few, but not major, issues with this set also so I see what you're saying about the poor QC. The hair color on several of the figures, one Rider and BOTH Rin's ;_;, is faded so there's parts where you can sort of see through as there wasn't enough paint. Though you won't notice it if you don't look for it when looking at them from afar.
Just wondering, how long did it take before GSC replied to you?
I just got a reply from my local seller and they said that getting doubles was possible for nendo puchi sets...
Kinda pissed because I explicitly said the Riders are supposed to have different *faces* and I even attached the photo above to show the difference. *headdesk*
I tried explaining again though, and I hope they'll be more helpful this time.
GSC only took a day or two to respond to me, same with Hobby Search. I think HS had extras lying around so they probably just ripped an arm off one of them and sent it to me.
Where did you purchase it from?
I have 6 nendo puchi sets so I'd like to think I know a thing or two about them. Getting doubles only happens when there are only 11 unique ones in the set and the 12th one is a random double. In the case that there are 12 unique figures in a set, they would come with all 12. Most sellers should know this as well, these guys may just be making excuses to reduce their liability.
Try emailing them again with just the picture of the defective one and what it's supposed to be, then circle the face just to emphasize it. Hope it works out for you.
My friend had no problems with this set. QC-wise, the everything was spot on.

I got a set of these today and I have nothing defective. Bad luck.
Also, a box of these is an entire set so there's no luck involved in getting duplicates or not as there can't be duplicates unless it's a packign error. A box can only fit one set so they're all different.

The box I got had all 12 different figures.With puchis sometimes I get odd one with a mark/blemish on hair which is quite noticeable,but I never seen this kind error with same face twice

Well, I am not sure the quality control of the petit set is ever going to be
as good as their normal figure or nendo line up
Since petit is meant for buying individually, and randomly for the general public
at least it's still presentable nyah :3 my haku has 2 right hands >_________< she's kind of shy showing it now nyah :3
anyways, better be late than never, the box dimenion is 255L 137W and 172H nyah :3
