Looks like the lower legs have some kind of horizontal rotating joint system. That's something I have NEVER seen before. Katoki, you ingenious sob.
I doubt it can actually rotate, because if you look at it, the knee part is connected to the upper part of the joint, and moving it would mean moving the entire knee, and possible hitting something. Seems rather unlikely.
Hey, you never know. It's actually that mechanism thats leading me to want to preorder this ASAP. Besides, Hajime Katoki is insane. There could be a rotating mechanism inside the kneecap's connection arms.
This is the very same joint used on PG Strike... You can actually move it horizontally for a bit there...

I hope in katoki's version, the dragoon system and the wings are smaller that fits perfectfly to the MS itself.
