Did you just take the pictures and then added the blue tint and other stuff via post processing?
Theres a lot of ways. BlueLEDs blue plastic wrap over a flashlight or lamp. Eco bulds are suprising blue if you camera white balance is set to incandencent. I ofen load up a colored image on my moniter and use that as a light source. (but it dorsn't look like he did that here)
