Welp, I havent been on all too much at all. But since I got some amazing loot in the last few weeks, I think I should re-affiliate myself with the Figure.fm Community. So here it is!

Congrats on the loots!!! I see you went Nikon, good choice. (haha - not trying to start any Nikon/Canon wars). Is that a 70's style strat you got? I can't be sure because of the angle of the headstock but it looks like it. A strat is on my ever growing list of "wants". I've had a few over the years but unfortunately they found their way to pawn shops... :(

Hey, I was at Metrocon too! I had my eyes on that Sega Miku in the vendors room, but I remember it was selling for around $60. o_o; I thought that was a pretty steep price, considering she should be selling for $20 or so. http://myfigurecollection.net/figure/22229_hatsune_miku
When I came back to the vendors room later, I noticed she was gone. I wonder if you were the one to pick her up at that price. >_>
I saw that same Sega Miku figure the next day at a different vendor's booth, with no box. When I asked for the price, the guy told me $65 and that the figure was made out of resin. I began to wonder if there was even a resin version of this figure, but I decided not to bothering questioning him. I just walked away instead.
I got the lady to give it to me for 40. I told her i'd be back for the BRS, but never came back :3

Yeah, I'm surprised someone actually bought that BRS for $200. o_o; You should have seen my face when that lady told me the price, lol.
I bought most of the other Miku figures she had for sale though. :D
Yeah I wanted to get the 90 dollar one but I only had 500 bucks to spend, and I felt like spending it on other stuff

I actually just started, the guitar was a gift from my moms work pal, whom needed space in his garage for his new Bike, so he thought that i'd use it more then he would.

You know it! I named it Jericho, and I occasionally sleep with it :3 It's awesome and it still has the plastic sticky stuff when it was purchased!
ohhh, please don't! it may be quite tempting, but if the guitar is laid in a weird position, the neck might begin to get warped ^^;

Oo a D5000. I'm on the fence for one of those to replace my aging D60. But the D3100 is like.. 2 weeks away... and the D5000 is being discontinued for it. So I really don't know if I should take the plunge and purchase it.
