Nekomimi Mode
I noticed I have a considerable percentage of nekomimi (cat-eared) girls in my Dollfie Dream family. The other day, we were watching the anime series Magical Nyan Nyan Taruto. The series takes place in a parallel universe where cats are basically Dollfies. All the cats in the series are 1:3 scale Dollfie-like entities with cat ears and cat tails. I thought I would share some pictures.

Here is Taruto who is supposed to be an average house cat in this particular universe. She is owned by Iori. I was immediately struck by Taruto's scale in reference to Iori. Taruto appears to be perfectly 1:3 scale. I love the color scheme and her cute hairstyle.
Apparently, I am not the only one who thinks these "cats" look like 1:3 scale Dollfies. In the DVD special features section, there are a few music videos featuring the voice actresses singing songs from the series. In a couple of the music videos, the voice actresses are shown along side Dollfie versions of their characters. They are really cute!
Here we see Taruto's two best kitty friends: Chitose and Charlotte. Chitose has a tail fetish but is otherwise a very proper and well behaved cat. Charlotte has no trouble making herself at home in Taruto's house. Although she is more aggressive than Chitose, she is really a very sweet cat who cares very much for her friends and other cats.
The series is older (2001) and predates the advent of Dollfie Dreams and perhaps animetic eyes. Taruto's character is younger than would be appropriate for the standard Dollfie Dream body but not young enough for the mini Dollfie Dream body. Perhaps she would be a good candidate for the new Dollfie Dream Sister body. The standard Dollfie Dream body would probably be suitable for Charlotte and Chitose.

...I feel that I must find this anime, now! XD and that Volks must use the DDS body to make characters from the show~
I think everyone in the Dollfie community -- young, old, male, female, etc. -- would love having a little 1/3 nekomimi with them XD
