Volks Dollpa goodies!

Oh, was I happy when I saw these in the box! Ever since I saw the Gangster outfit for the first time, I knew I wanted to see it on Manami. So when it became available, I made sure to try and get it. Same with the headphones.... they always looked so nice on Danny's girls. And even tho the wig is a regularly stocked item, I went ahead and ordered it at the same time to save some shipping fees. I saw that wig on someones Yoko before and it looked stunning so I knew it would look good on Manami as well.

Here is Manami all dressed up and ready to go to the Greensboro doll meeting. I wanted to go meet Nicole, Manamis mom, and finally see her in person as well as Ed, who owns four daughters now. I had never gotten to see any other Dollfie Dreams in person before so I was super excited about meeting Ed and his girls. I also wanted to see the store we met at ( Doll Market ) due to it being a huge place. So I made sure to take the headphones along so Manami would have tunes for the road.

While not quite as adjustable as I had thought, the headphones still fit quite well and don't slip off. They are very detailed as well and I like them alot.

I opted for the brown colored ones as they have a wood look to them and I like the retro feel of the all silver sides.

And here is Manami with her Gangster outfit on. She also happens to have found a guitar case..... I wonder what's in there?

I love how this outfit looks on her. It's super tight and form fitting on the top but once in place, it looks good. I like the tiny pinstripes too.

"You're not gettin' ME without a fight coppers!"

The accents on the hat and that choker are a perfect match to Manamis eyes. They all kind of glow.....

"I'm gettin' outta here, see?"

Now I'm wondering.... what *do* you have in the guitar case Manami? Did you get that at the Doll Market?

"Oh you wanna know what I have in here? Well, SAY HELLO TO MY LITTLE FRIEND!!"

"His name is Koosey, the acoustic guitar!"

I was sooo not thinking that's what was in the case......

"Would you like to hear a song?" <Strums>

"Well too bad, I can't play the guitar just yet, so instead we'll listen to my record player! "

This record player was at the Doll Market store and I just couldn't pass it up. It was so awesome and so cheap.... just ten dollars!

What's even better is that it's also a music box! I had no idea until Manamis mom Nicole pointed out that there was a windup key on the bottom of it. When you wind it up, it plays a tune and the record actually spins. You can even move the needle arm from it's sittin position to playing on the record. This thing is just too cool.

"If you don't want to play the record player anymore, I know something else we can play instead..... "

And now for Manamis new hairstyle. Curly twintails! I think I am going to die from kawaii overload........ that and loss of blood.

She looks so different by just swapping wigs......... I just can't get over that change.
