Anime Fest 2010
So this past weekend (Sept 3rd, 2010 - Sept 6th, 2010) was Anime Fest here in the DFW area. This time wasn't as great as the ones before, but there were still quite a few cosplayers, and two amazing things during the cosplay/skit competition, but more on that later.

ok, now onto the cosplay/skit competition (too bad I couldn't record any of it...)

And that pretty much sums the convention for me, especially since I was volunteering as a door nazi to the Dealer's Room. Also, no loot for me since I'm a poor college student and I've spent all my money buying figures from fellow comrades.

He's using a Communist East German Visor(1950-1980) era , however it is relatively close to the comissars and I don't think he wants to ruin a piece of history

Not sure if it's him or not, but judging by the beard, I think this is the same guy I've seen cosplay as Jet from Cowboy Bebop since like 2004.
It probably is him since I didn't see Jet around when I saw him

You did a really good job with your cosplay, I wanted to get a pic of you guys, but was stuck in front of the dealer's room for the longest time. I really liked your skit, as well as the last skit.

AnimeFest is so much better than A-Kon. Dai Sato's panel was great.
Also that poor guy in the Big-O costume fell on the escalator. But seriously, why would you ride the escalator with those feet?
