Finally~!
After 5months of waiting here she is... my first dauther! :D
She is SD, she came from DollZone where they named her "Morphoa". Now, as my dauther, her name is... from FRENCH Mereille!

They come in a special pillow like protection case? Nice!
Yup. Not everyone, but some yes. DollZone always gives it. Planetdoll and Blue Fairy too. Others: don't know :( It is something like a bed for dolls! :D
A majority of Resin companies include pillows with their dolls. Even Volks gives pillows when you get an MSD Kit or an SD kit from what I have heard. It's a way to protect the dolls in transit, and when you take they out and about!

Moja lista życzeń jeżeli chodzi o Dollfie jest tak długa, że nie wiem gdzie się już kończy - począwszy od Bery z Dolkotu na Delphine z DOT skończywszy :)
