Posted about otacool 3 and did a quick modification on the neck of Mirin :3
After modifying the neck, Mirin can now tilt her head back a little bit more, making it easier for her to look up a bit more when laying on her belly ^^. The position of the head is still a bit limited, and I wouldn't recommend cutting too big a hole either ^^; If you're interested, I have a few moar photos on the brog entry :)
Himitsu is not modded, the limit of her posing is up to this, Mirin can look at me a bit more naturally from the angle I was shooting :)
That is a very smart and simple way, she does look alot more natural with her tilted back a bit further. hehe, they look so cute in the first picture.

lol but yeah it's nice that after the mod, the pose feels more natural ^^
Definitely thinking of doing this mod on Yumiko, and wondering if it will do Namiko any good. Can you put up a pic comparing Taiga on her belly reading with Mirin doing the same? That would be cool. Eventually Namiko is getting the DDS body, since she's supposed to be 12 and at this point she's kind of delayed in her development. With the DDS body she'd be "going through puberty" and growing up a bit more.
I'll try to do it when there's natural light/when I get a chance to lol I'm not sure if the pose will work as well for MDD, due to that the MDD's elbows are not as strong.
Oh yeah. One of the reasons I want to get the new DDS body to replace the MDD. Why couldn't they do a CONTINUOUS skeleton??? (headdesk)

Most awesome stuff... (incl. the boxes 'o Gundam 'n such in the BG.. ) I like how there's more of the "technical" parts of Dollfies than just full "Squeee!!" *one reason why I like the posts here* Hand mods, elbow mods and now neck/head mods in three days! If, or maybe "when" I decide to get a Daughter, a lot of the posts here have and will be extremely helpful... Great Job!!
