astraea type-f2 progress 1-3

since my posts from dannychoo were eaten up i decided to post them all back here
progress update 1, shield, right arm and torso were finished.
update 2, the rifle was already done, i finished the head, shoulders, left arm and added more bullet scars on the shield.
update 3, rawr astraea's got mini-feet. Not much, just finished making the waist and just have to paint the red parts of the legs and panel line. I don't think I'll be able to do any proper weathering other than sanding, soldering and smudges from marker until i can get proper funds. T_T
btw, the thing protruding from the shield is a bit of masking tape that stuck on it while it was on the table ^_^;

what paint did you use on the reds?

i used tamiya italian red spray with mr. hobby flat topcoat.
isn't there a button at the top that says upload in the linkbar?

yeah after i click it, then write and upload the picture, the only button that appears at the bottom of the page is the "save" but when i click save, my post is still not showing, am i doing it right?i'm kinda new here, thanks a lot in advance..^^

yeah, that was my first time spraying and one side is actually only half-covered in paint ^_^;
just love the astraea model kits. although i had a choice of getting another exia roll out version or another astraea. ended up getting both for a custom job.
