Damnit, damnity damn damn. . . Even with this vague shot and the other fuzzy one yesterday, some part of me is finding Marissa cute, despite knowing virtually nothing about her character. Arg, NO, cannot fall in love with any DD right now, much less a Japan-only release! *headdesk*

sorry to sound stupid but is the touhou DD exclusive? like u have to enter a lottery or mail order? if they r not exclusive, can i just walk into a VOLK store and one them andwhen r they coming out? might be going to japan soon.

A very good question that I am wondering the answer to as well.
I have seen Dollfie Dreams being sold in Volks stores but those were the leftovers from the Dollpa conventions. I actually bought my Nanoha this way.
Does anyone know where and when the convention selling the Touhou Dollfie Dreams is being held? Or is this an Japan Online Only deal?
The Touhou DDS is due to ship out in February next year, if the previous weborder project is of any indication, there might be a last minute order and a small number of them might end up in the retail space.
I have done some digging around and it appears that Tenso.com has rolled out new service related to buying item in your behalf, so they will be doing the interface with Volks instead.

The fee is not cheaper than most deputy service but the advantage here the item will be reserved under your name and your "unique Tenso address" so you won't have to worry about your favorite deputy service account maxing out on how many Touhou DDS they can purchase.
So if I sign up for tenso now could I have it reserved now or do I have to wait closer to the release date? Don't want to miss out on her.
The pre-order period starts on the 20th, and you have a month to do it.
