Here it goes again... Loli+ecchi manga, for example, are nothing to otakus but equivalent to child porn to the authorities in USA.... This crap never ends... Dammit, a guy in a mascot has nothing to do with the real character of Pedobear!!!

And apparently nobody bothered to inform them that Pedobear is mostly used as a joke, often to poke fun at overbearing paranoia and censoring such as this. . .

No offense to anyone, but this flyer being even printed and taken seriously by the police is moronic...

Ahh America strikes again without doing any research. I applaud the policeman who found out about this. They're REALLY doing a great job at skimming through the internet just because of the word pedo in the name.

Seriously, did they even research on its origins? Pedobear was adapted from 4ch. The original character, Kuma, is not lecherous in nature. It's supposed to be 'Safety Bear'.
