PG Strike Freedom
Images and some information of the upcoming PG Strike Freedom has been released. (Information came from Ngee Khiong)
- Will be the largest PG release in terms of volume when the Super Dragoon is expanded.
- Customized display base is included.
- Dynamic poses are possible using the base with adjustable angle of display.
- Extra finish enhancement for the golden interior that will be exposed in High Maneuver mode and Full Burst mode. Gimmicks are incorporated for the exposure of the parts.
3 major design points:
- Gimmick for the release of the Super Dragoon
* Sliding action of the Super Dragoon is linked to various mechanism of the wing when it's released
- Complete new mold for the movable frame
* Movable joints combine with expandable golden parts
* Further improvement of the slide mechanism of the interior and exterior parts as compared to PG Strike Gundam, which will effectively expose the golden finish parts.
- New mechanism for the joint design
* New joint design for the waist and leg to handle the weight and stress of the model. Durability of the joints is improved while posing capability is retained.
Weapons and accessories: beam shield, beam rifle x2, "Xiphias 3" railgun x2, Super Dragoon x8, display base.
Content: 55 runners in total, construction manual, commentary booklet, LED unit for the head, foil sticker, screw for LED lighting unit, spring x8, PET part for shield, clear sticker.
Packaging size is 600mm (width) x 400mm (height) x 180mm (depth).
December release, 26,250 Yen (inclusive of tax).

Those inner frame parts holding the dragoons look fragile. It gives me visions of blogs filled with rants on how they break easily.
the 00 is actually the same price as this. the 26250 is with tax. the base price is 25k (before tax)
Yup, I am soo definitely gettin' this Perfect Grade alright. I hate to say this, but the wings look hella better than the PG Zero Custom. That's my opinion, and I think the pricing is worth it though. Check out all the plastic it is using and having gold parts is pretty awesome.

Don't worry! This will definately come out before MG Deathscythe Hell Custom, which is coming out in January-February.

Those dragoon support effect maybe fragile ,but it will look awesome if it comes with clear parts or boost color effect. Give it some LED gimmick BANDAI !!!

Prolly ordering this from AmiAmi due to their usually epic sales. Except I'm getting rid of the wingpack. The first design sketch released looked fantastic without the wings, and for some reason, the wings really don't make it look as nice. They're only there to distract the enemy from the chest cannon.

Wait, what? The wings on the SF looks amazing and having Katoki helping out with the design is a definite plus in my books.

Not entirely a fan of Seed Mobile Suits but this looks very nice. As with every iteration of the perfect grade line, I hope the tech they came up with designing this thing will trickle down newer kits.
The wings are awesome, looks very well volumised (if there is such word) when opened.

Gold frickin' plated internal frame. I knew it. Also "all new mold" is a bit of an overstatement, they used quite a bit of the Strike's frame here :\
Also an overly expensive price tacked on, which, I can almost guarantee, isn't worth that much. Like how the 00 was so expensive, but in cost-to-product ratio, its horrible. Like 2:1 bad, it should've been 170 and not 300+ :\
Holy cow the size alone is a reason to make me buy, and it's impressive!!! O_O

wow wings look epic, reminds me of xenogears for some reason ... good to see that there is less ^%tching about strike freedom .... now that the pictures are out.
Can not stand by itself or using stand alone, One more to the add lists?
I hope the gold frame would be better than the MG version. I really hated those parts. Wish this has gone out sooner.
