Perfect strike freedom
Just to follow up on what was posted earlier, bandai have now published images of the fully coloured prototype. I hope they make the entire frame out of gold plated plastic instead of the half-job MG which only has the exposed joint pieces gold plated, that really annoyed me with full burst MG strike freedom. Source Gunpla 30th Anniversary official site , news from Ngee Khiong .

Some gimmicks explained here, looks like it has a locking mechanism in the waist joint with the usual shifting armour pieces, the dragoons have internal locking too.

The new lineart its based on.

My Strike freedom was the first Gundam I owned and built, it will be a pleasure for me to own this as my first PG. Only problem is that preorders are going on but I know the shipping charges will not be cheap. Still, I eagerly await its release.
The original freedom was my first proper gundam kit, and I will be owning perfect grade for the first time too.
This looks good, i got a feeling that they will probably do a half paint job, just to cut down on the cost. Maybe they will make the clear parts like the 1/60 Strike Freedom with the LEDS light, highly doubt they will lol.
-_-; This PG will cost 26,250 yen with tax, Beside they got PG reputation to hold and improve.
No need to be concerned, most people are just speculating and concerned about design of kit but not the production quality.
True say, true say they haven't released everything yet. But they pretty much done everything and on to the mass production now. So it should be goood! Definately looking forwards though :D
Coolio, Strike Freedom PG.
I'm not a fan of the gold frame it has, but I don't mind it. I prefer the grey metal, look less chavvy ^^;
Can't wait to see the final product/build.
Suppose Goldie-looking plastic is a bit on the chavvy side :D
The final product prototype should be out soon, it should look close to the CG SG.
Yes, you are right. :3
I'm looking forward to see people build it aswell :P
too much money for a PG of a gundam I never liked in the first place
Sorry bandai not gonna bite this time.
and I still haven't even started on my MG Full Burst XD
but yea, price aside, shipping will be hellish for this, so no thanks~
Currently being offered at 20% off the list price at hlj.com.
The Super DRAGOON mechanism seems to be more about exposing it's thruster than locking it in place; that blue moving part looks like it would cover the gap used for docking, so you end up with a Super DRAGOON without the strange-looking gap where it slots into the wing.
Wow this PG looks amazing! I'm luvin' the gold inner frame.
Yet I have a MG Strike Freedom, I'm still gettin' this!!! ~goes to preorder~
I thought this was gonna be my 1st PG, But I'm really disappointed with it's price and design. Imagining a single part duplicated into 8 parts >.< the "Dragoons" we know it looks good, But come on for a "26k Yen" WTH, I'd rather buy a PG Strike or a 00 raiser than this. And 1 more thing that i don't really like is the proportions on it's leg part, the knee part looks so slim on a front view and the front tip of the feet is so wide compared on what we've seen on the line art that is much more appealing.. I think i'll pass on this one.
I think the proportions are a bit off (maybe its just me, but I think the upper body looks a bit bulkier than the legs). I might plan to buy it later cause I don't think I'd be willing to pay the current price hahaha ^^....
Agree! Also the front skirt on the waist part looks so plain =(
PG Strike Gundam is a lot way better than this one.
Now this is what i'm talking about, the proportions on this design are awesome. Feet, Legs, Torso etc. Very well Done! there's nothing bad i can say about this one, WTH happened to actual PG eh Bandai? >.<
Proportions on this part looks crap to me front view of the knees looks so slim specially the tip of the feet is not semi-pointed, I'm definitely not buying this kit >.< hate it.. hope they'd changed it..
perfect for christmas :)
