Gundam 00 movie impressions(slight spoilers)

FIRST POST ON FIGURE.FM!!!Just wanted to share this. I just got back from the Gundam 00 Movie screening. Paid 12 bucks(SGD) for it and in my opinion it was great and well worth the money! Those of you who are expecting an action-packed movie will surely not be disappointed. However Setsuna doesnt get much action in this one. For this movie, most of the action was focused on lockon and allelujah( and his split personality). The ending was kind of unexpected(I was under the impression that the ending would be a sad one after watching the trailer) but it turned out quite alright(its a happy ending btw). Hope to watch this again at AFAX. :)
manny people are saying the movie is a dissapointment, im going to watch but seriously, you change the Gundams for VF's and you have a Macross movie.
Disappointing or not i think its better for u to judge it after u watch it. To each his own.lol. I personally quite liked the movie.
Welcome to figure.fm lucky you to have seen this already. I will have to wait like half a year before I see this, looking forward to it but in the meantime haven't even seen (new) Conan or The The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya, they should come out soon I hope xD
where did u went to see this movie screening? until when will it showing?
i went to see it at the francaise alliance singapore. Screenings are till 29th Sept.Go check the sistic site for ticketing info.
I for one felt it was good. I don't see how it can be a disappointment except probably they could have expanded more on the ending. It was unexpected though, and one heck of a ride.
O and for any SG peeps, would like to say though the picture quality wasn't THAT good =/ and the subs were sometimes inaccurate...no surprise as it is being done by Odex =/
Yeah. i noticed that the quality wasnt really up to the mark.furthermore its a movie.
I can't believe there's probably either half or a whole year before I can see this movie...But at least I shall be satisfied with the RAWs of the Unlimited Blade Works movie being released at the end of the month.
I might take a look at this... I haven't watched the 2nd season of 00 , only parts where Graham Aker beat the shxt out of any Gundam Pilot or any other shxt cvnt
seriously Gundam gone downhill , Grahams probably the only good character in the whole 00 Universe
From what I have read, it sound like a great movie.
Sadly, I wish the ending was different or at least with a different character.

I agree. The introduction of aliens is a first. Not a bad idea I guess. I was expecting a different ending. It's not bad, it is meaningful but I'm not totally satisfied. I want a Setsuna x Feldt ending.
went to watch it last saturday. yeah ending was kinda abrupt. But you have to give the producers credit for daring to try something new.
guys i already watch it, but what's up with the ending? i dun really understand. Even after the credit they even show a special feature. Why setsuna so gray?
