OTACOOL4 Entry
I decided to enter into OTACOOL4 Entry... Somehow, I rather get in OTACOOL1 on room but I didn't know about that at that time =___= ah well...
Unfortunately I am not a good illustrator but seeing the members of Lilium Visuals (my artists group) are doing it, I think why not for me to have a try XD.
The girl is called Black Lightning Princess of Dusk 黄昏稲妻の黒姫君 which is like a code name to her. She can just be nicknamed Dusk. Being an ageless immortal, she have lived too many years and no one heard of her real name. Her alias name is Himeji Koukon 姫路 恋う魂 when she is in her normal life mode and nobody knows if it is her real name. Koukon is also a way to say Dusk 黄昏 in Japanese XD.
I went easy on creativity.. Cannot think up of something easy to do lol and so many assignments coming up... a plain goth lolita shoujo.. a combining sword resembling Cloud's Last Tsurugi and a background that looks like UBW D=< meh

Otacool4 seems unheard of outside Japan...
Maybe most artists don't have a pixiv account or may difficulty in the Japanese language..
