They are! Obitsu is another option if you want a Daughter, folks. And they're your only option if you want a Son. Obitsu takes a little bit more customizing and is a bit geekier than Volks, although you can get faced-up fullset Obitsus through Parabox:

Both Z and Mitzi have the same head sculpt: Gretel. It is a bit of a testament to my faceup artist Biff that they look so different and so unique. In their back-story, they are cousins, both related to a family in Korea that were supporters of the UN side during the Korean War.
Gretel was sculpted by Rainman, a Korean artist who went on to help found Elfdoll, a maker of ABJDs in Korea. Gretel looks distinctly ethnic Korean so Z is half-Korean and Mitzi (Miriam) Chun is Korean-American.
