The Scenario Midnight Run 11

You've recently started your own company, and business has been coming in pretty quick and steady. Your daily work pace is growing, and your company continues to expand.
To help out around the office, you decide to hire a personal secretary. Several folks apply, and you begin conducting interviews.
After several interviews, you think you've found the person you need; however, you have one person left on the interview roster. Her resume is sparse, and she doesn't have any experience as a secretary. Still, to be fair, you hold your final interview.
Just as you guessed, she's inexperienced and not what you're looking for. You thank her for coming by, but explain you've made your decision to go with another candidate.
Tears well in her eyes, and before you can react, she starts tearing off her clothes. You try to stop her, but she fights you.
"I need this job!" she cries, still trying to remove more clothing. "I don't have anywhere else to turn. Please, hire me; I'll do anything for you!"
What do you say? What do you do?

Sorry babe, but I need all the money I can get for figures.
"Ok, I'll hire you. . ." and then *censored*, *censored* *censored*.
If business is going this well. I'll hire for something els ^_^
I'm going to take this from a totally rational view point.
First off, I'd try to calm her down and say don't worry I'll think of something then tell her to put her clothes on. (This way I can worm myself into her heart as a nice guy instead of a douchebag.)
Second, I'll sit there for about 5 minutes. She'll probably be sobbing a little bit so I'll walk over there and comfort her, maybe offer a tissue if I have it. (So I'm a complete nice guy in her mind.)
Third, I'll propose that we hire her for the secretarial position BUT she would need to start off a slightly lower wage then an experienced secretary would and need to undergo some training sessions but also stress to her that this needs to remain a secret between us and then smile gently. (Give her an even better impression of while establishing a more intimate relationship since we now share a mutual secret.)
Fourth, I'll hire her. Hopefully she learns quickly and does a great job so I don't have to reprimand her and eventually our relationship will continue to grow and I can go further =P
Of course, she has to be single and I have to be single. But this route has benefits,
#1 I get a kawaii secretary-san
#2 I get to hire a girl and pay her less to do the same work as someone who would be paid more.
#3 I get to b
Whoops,
#3 I get to bone her in the near future ^.^
i like your plan!
hire the qualified one and this gal
since business is going good
well as for this gal's job .....
*evil grinz
"If you're inexperienced, doesn't mean that you're a virgin?"
"If you do, you're hired... by paying with your body!"
Sorry about the dialogue, okay.

- Insert Republican attack ad, blaming Dems for unemployment, the Haitian Earthquake, the Chilean Mine collapse, how moe anime is ruining the industry, and McD not offering a double filet-o-fish combo anymore.
PAYED FOR BY UNKNOWN FOREIGN DONORS.
(relax guys, it's a joke)
I might reconsider and hire her, well because of the tearing the clothes by herself mode.
I'll hire her and give her the means, I'll be patient to her on her job until she gets everything she needs to learn but if she does something like "that" no matter what the reason is, I'll fire her. nothing more must be said.
"Well, you're not a good secretary. But I can always use a gopher. And other things....."
"you can start with getting out of the office and collect your thoughts, come back tomorrow and we'll talk about it"
Honestly I would be extremely concerned about her psychological well being at this point. Seemingly a nervous break down. And my conversation with her would reflect this as well. Also I would try to get or suggest professional intervention as quickly as possible to control the situation.
While being a kind hearted person and being genuinely concerned for the lady and her plight, you would have to cover your professional interests as well. Simply because there is no way to know if she is truly being genuine about her situation.
Well, that is quite true.I would do that too if this happened to me.
I tell her to calm down whilst trying to get her clothes back on. We then sit as I think of something. Eventually I make my choice. "If you go through some training, I can hire you next week, don't make me regret this." She then begins to cry and then embraces me with releaf. I hope I made a good choice, because the other lady had A-LOT of experience. A week later she starts... honestsly, I think I made a BAD choice <:).
