You hear the doorbell ring, and know some more trick-or-treaters have stopped by for some Halloween candy. Heading to the door, you open it to find a young woman dressed as a witch standing in front of you.
"Trick-or-treat," she says, just as a strong breeze whips through your neighborhood. Her cape flaps open, and she shrieks, flinging her bag of candy as she attempts to cover herself.
Other parents and children stand behind her, gaping in shock.
What do you say? What do you do?

I'd pick up the candy and give her my shirt. Best to look like a very good person in the eyes of the general public. Then I'd probably report the incident to the local police. Public exposure is illegal after all.
I'd also visit her in Jail every now and then to see how she's doing.

The question that runs through my mind is, "Why is she naked like that anyways?"
But I'd pull her into my house, close the door and escort her up to my room where I'll tell her to sit there and wait while I'll grab her something warm to drink and also something to wear. Then I'll nicely ask her questions as to how she ended up this way.
etc. etc. etc. If she was forced into doing it, I'll be a man and stand up for her.
etc. etc. etc. If she was just doing it for fun, I'll probably say, "Wanna have some real fun?" and advance on her.

I yell to the adults watching, I'm not planning anything, I'm just giving her clothes. I then drag the girl into the house. My dolphin wants to say hi but I keep him at bay. I ask why she's naked under the cape, and she tells me it was part of this dare between her and her friend. They all left naked with only a cape to cover them, whoever could get the most candy wins. That was incredably stupid, but I've heard dumber crap. I'm clearly not letting her leave like this, there are already prepubecent boys trying to peek at the windows, so I give her some of my clothes and say "Here, now you're a buisiness man, NOW GET OUT!!!" Before she leaves, I give her A BUNCH OF CANDY. She deserved it because that was the best costume I say all night ^w^.
