Apple Vs 9

So coming up on 9-9-09 there are two big events happening. Apple is having a big press event and like all Apple events there is all kinds of rumors about what they will announce. The other is the premier of the computer animated movie 9. Which are you more excited about?
Sadly, I'm excited about neither. But wow, releasing a movie called "9" on 9.9.09... I have no words...
waiting tomorrow for the new Iphone firmware^_^ hope for long life battery update.....

Damn forgot about the Rock Band coming out. Thou I should have remembered, one of the rumors is that the Beatles catalog is coming to iTunes.
I was about to say that game as well. I am not a big fan of the series, but ever since my cousin was excited that they got the rights to make the game... This is one game I wanted to see how it turns out. :3

I am excited about the release of the re-mastered Beatles CD’s.
Though, I have a feeling that there might be Apple/Beatles announcement, too.
I will also be seeing “9”, on September 9th… maybe at the 9:00 PM show.
I've been kind of half thinking about going to a Midnight showing.
Apple more than 9, as 9 does not appeal to me. But for my cousin, as she was part of the team involved with the game, I am anticipating The Beatles: Rock Band. :3
Apple reached OS X (or OS 10 for those who can't read Roman numbers). MacOS 9 is horribly outdated :P
Actually MacOS 9 is a true realtime system, while everything used today are pseudo realtime. True realtime means that an application can take over the CPU and not give it back to the OS until it's done. This means you can write time critical code where you can basically count the number of cycles to tell time if you like. You can avoid interrupts from other applications completely if you like. This was quite interesting to exploit.
After seeing from screen of 9 in 3D World, I think it looks pretty good. I might go and watch it.
I'm not too bothered about new iPod updates. I bought the 1st Gen and it's fine with me. If I want a camera on my ipod I'll get an iphone. Which I am doing sometime.
I don't keep up with Apple, I'm a Windows girl. but the movie does catch my interest.
