Pink Christmas
Saku's getting a jump on the Christmas decorations....
「何してるの、サク？」
“What are you doing, Saku?”
ツリー飾りよ。
Decorating the tree.
「ほー。っで、なんでよ？」
“Oh… why?”
クリスマスから。
Because it’s Christmas.
じゃじゃ～ん！
Tadah~!
ほら、きれいでしょ？
See? It’s pretty, isn’t it?
「いいけど。。。なんでアタシのお守り使ったの？」
“That’s nice… but why did you use my charms?”
いけない？似合うと思うよ。
No good? I think they look nice.
ほら、抱き枕までまわったの！
Look, I even turned the dakimakura around!
「でもね、ちゃんと飾りもの買ったの。見てない？」
“But you know, I bought ornaments. Haven’t you seen them?”
みてない。
Haven’t seen them.
「今、座ってるの。」
“You’re sitting on them right now.”
へっ？
Huh?
これなのか？
These?
「そう。」
“Yes.”
使えないよ。吊り方法がないし、
I can’t use these. There’s no way to hang them,
「確かにそうなんだけど、買うつもりだから。。。」
“That’s true, but I was planning on buying some…”
ピンクじゃないし。。。
and they’re not pink…
「いや、でも。。。」
“Well….”
ファーストクリスマスだから、ドキドキしてはやく飾りたかったんだもん。悪い？
Because it’s my first Christmas, I was so excited and wanted to decorate right away. Was that wrong?
「い、いや、別に。。。」
“N, no, not really…”
（反対できない。。。）
(I can’t object…)
Can't get away with that in my family; we'd be disowned if we didn't wait until after Thanksgiving to put decorations up! (That's the last Thursday in November for those of you outside the US.)
As for the blue ornaments, I'd like to point out that that shade of blue looks rather nice with pink, and having a second color on the tree would probably add some more visual interest.
I know XD; usually I don't put them up so early, but I'll be so busy this season I figured if I didn't set them up soon I'd lose my chance to take photos with them XD plus I love christmas lights~
I do intend to hang the blue up, but I need to get hooks first XD;
She looks great, now you need to get her more ornaments!
I know~ every time I go out, I keep my eyes peeled for appropriately scaled ornaments - the tree can only hold so much ^^;
