LOL, actually i just print it.
i googled a chess pattern and i edit it on photoshop, give some brush.
for the other background i made it by throwing some white ink in a black paper LOL.

Yeah, I was going to ask the same question. Printing the chess pattern and using it as a background is a really good idea.
