Cirno Day NUS CAS Style!

As everyone knows/knew (since there are different time zones), today/yesterday is/was Cirno Day.
And I'd just like to show you how we down here at NUS CAS (or National University of Singapore Comics and Animation Society) celebrate it. XD

What is Cirno day exactly? Google didn't help much. As much as I deftly try to know all things possible, this one escapes me...for the moment.
Cirno = ⑨
0 + 9 = ⑨
Therefore, 09/09/09 = ⑨/⑨/⑨ = Cirno Day!
