Radiant Photoshop X Kodomut: BRS
Thu 2010/11/25 00:12 JST

Kodomut posted a Black Rock Shooter photo shoot a while back. One of the photos caught my interest, so I decided to ask him for the raw file to do some photoshop work with it.
Watch the video of it being made!
More details on the blog post among other things:

1 + 1 = 3
synnnnnergy!
Like DBZ merging.
Very nice guys!
That is epic, awesome and I wanna TRY! XD
Excellent job at manipulating and changing those buildings. :D
thanks SG! try! XD
It won't be at your level of skill though! XD
just takes time and practice! XD
By far one of the best pieces of art you've produced so far...next to the winged Saber lily one i so dearly favour :P
Jesus 2 hours on one file, i think i would have suffered burnout after the first 1 hour xD
Questioned, what made you picked the wild health signboard? It didnt affect my liking of the pic, just curious to know why :P
wow, the best pieces I've done so far? that's pretty cool to hear! :D
The signboard was mostly random - just wanted a Japanese style board with lots of bright colors and high contrast.
That's was cool, love the final one nice thing you give the video so i can see how to make it thanks
you're welcome! Lots more on my site and on figure.fm too! :D
I'm just gonna say, god damned. Out of jealousy that is.
lol don't be jealous! :)
Phenomenal as always. Love the music lineup too. (^^)b
^^ thanks Heavy! It's been so long since I've posted. It's good seeing you again!
It's been a while. Good to you too!
*Good to see you too* lol, don't know what happened there.
I'm always impressed with how many extra detailed effects you incorporate in such a short time. Especially since I can see you experiment, change your mind, and throw a modified one in a matter of minutes.
Thanks! It feels a little strange when I'm recording all of this happening. It's like someone is watching me all the time. I quite like the end results though, because it allows me to be transparent to my viewers, and they can also learn from my mistakes. :)
Tech me how to do this!!!!!!!!
*teach
It's all in the videos, dude! XD Every layer I create, every paint stroke I make. After that it's just a matter of practicing.
I can easily copy what I see to the brush strike but when it comes to using another pic, I just won't be able to do it :/
