There use to be a few stores I know but they closed T_T. I'm looking for a store that sells wigs and costumes, also if the quality is good.
Thank you ^^

I know one store inside Pacific Mall that has cosplay outfits but it's only like 3 or 4 outfits they have -__-" quality wise not really that great it just alright . . . but will keep a look out hmph >w<"
If you need one really bad and quickly, the only 2 stores that do sell cosplays that comes to mind is Sunny's at Pacific Mall and AnimeXtreme in downtown Toronto. They don't have a wide variety. They pretty much have Haruhi uniform, Naruto cosplays, Bleach ones and maybe some other ones. There was once a cosplay store across from Pacific Mall but that one closed.
I suggest planning on cosplays a head of time like 2 months or so. It helps in the end.
Why not Ebay the cosplay. It works for me when I need one for my cosplay. Just make sure you read how long do they take making the cosplay + shipping time. You can pay extra for express shipping.
Why don't you go and get commission to do make cosplays Ron? Though it is given you still have time after your backlog of cosplays you still need to do. Just my suggestion since you do cosplay ^_^
I have a backlog and more cosplays ideas just keep coming. Not sure about commissions. I rather make my own which I have done many times. Just I don't have time to make my own...
In Toronto, then its gonna be Anime Xtreme and Pacfic Mall. However the cosplays they got are all Bleach and Naruto.
Best option, if not making it yourself is to order it online. Of course its going to be expensive.
Options.
1. Make it yourself.
2. Buy it at a convention.
3. Buy it online.
4. Compromise with the Bleach and Naruto cosplays.
I agree with those options!!! There's just isn't a lot of stores in Toronto that sells cosplays, wish there was though. Most of the time people either make it or order online.
Pre-made outfits usually cost way too much (I've rarely seen them lower than 80-120 bucks, and that's the cheap ones, so if you've got some time and a bit of help from someone who knows how to use a sewing machine, how about making one yourself?
You could start with something simple that resembles regular clothes like high school uniforms. Then you make just the necessary adjustments and buy the school's symbol or insignia.
