What Anime(s) have you watched this season?
So for most of us, broadcasting season for Fall 2010 is soon coming to an end. (around 4th week of December) so what have you watched this season? did it meet or exceed your expectation?

watched: 10/10 of 12
quick summary: Younger sister who is also an otaku "siscon", her brother helps her out pretty much in every episode though she doesn't want to acknowledge it. (Kirino and Manami is voiced by Azusa and Ritsu's seiyuus) by helping her, now everyone thinks her brother ,Kyousuke is a perverted otaku xD
Meet expectation: exceed, 9/10, really funny serie, better then what I thought it would be, always looking forward to the next episode.

watched: 9/9 of 12
quick summary: Main character Yuuki Rito always finds himself in harem "trouble". each episode is split into three. and each animates random chapters from the manga.
Meet expectation: Yes, 8/10, most episodes are good, although the change of character design isn't very nice. (OVA looks much better). but~ story line is better then season one where it is rather dull. though it is a bit more etchi then I'd like.
Fortune Arterial
watched: 8/9 of 12
quick summary: Main character moves a lot and doesn't care where he goes, the student council members president and vice-president are actually vampires, and basically the show is mostly about daily student council duties.
Meet expectation: No, 5/10, although characters are rather cute, watching this show is like reading a diary, the first six episodes have nothing that would draw much interests, although 7-8 is pretty good and makes you want to watch more, there are only going to be 12 episodes (for this year) and the OP and ED sounds like anime OP/ED in the 90s :P
yosuga no sora
watched: 4/9 of 12
Quick summary: main characters are twins, their parents died in an accident so they come live in the country-side. A visual novel type of anime where there are "what-ifs" something had happened differently, and have time rewind. sort of like Clannad's bonus episodes.
meet expectation: Yes/no 6/10 although "what-ifs" are cool and unique, the serie has few parts (for me) that I consider to be wayyy to explicit. (obly totals about one-two minute(s) in four episodes, but what you see is definitely 18+). I like the background OST music though.

and I better hurry and place my pre-orders for k-on on amazon.jp, prices gone up again on disk 2 and 3 and now costs 6800yen ea instead of 6300yen, or the 6160yen if pre-order (excluding shipping). x.x hate to blow $800 on the full set, but the tapestry is a much, and would be harder and harder to find :o (most used ones for sale has the tapestry taken out and not included)

I can barely keep up. I haven't even seen some popular anime from years ago like School Rumble and Ouran High School. And I consider those new anime. Well they're recent now. I'm currently following "My sister can't be this cute" as best I can. That last picture. The Nendoroid got me interested.
All these and a lot more. Just about everything that comes out.
I really enjoy the quirky ones like Otome Youkai Zakuro, The World God Only Knows, Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru and Star Driver.
To Aru Majutsu no Index II continues to be awesome and zomg how could I forget Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls.
Oh I totally forgot about To Aru Majutsu no Index s2 but thanks for reminding me:D. I gotta go watch it now^^.
Hmmm for me it's been pretty dry season for new animes released this season that I've watched and the only one I can think of is Oreimo which I agree with your rating it's a good series and I can wait to see the new upcoming eps. Btw have you watched 10 yet^^?.

2nd : Hyakka Ryouran Samurai Girls ...not as i expected what it's turn out to be ...but..meh still following it.
3rd : Ore no imouto which start to get lame when Kirino's novel start to get serialized .
4th :The world only God knows ...this one start to lose interest ...dropped >:d
5th : yosuga no sora ....dropped when i reached ep 4 ...lol X rated
yuh I thought yosuga no sora was neat, then episode 3 theres like a flash of inappropriateness
then end of ep 4, is like wtf.

Surprised to see no mention of Shiki yet. The pacing in the first half was kind of inconsistent, but these last few episodes have been really good as far as always having new developments.

This is being a great season for me, to be honest - I'm enjoying everything I'm watching a whole lot. But perhaps it's just that Summer season was a complete disaster.
Hmm... mine would be:

- Hyakka Rouran Samurai Girls
- Shinrei Tantei Yakumo
Dropped them all since episode 6. No anime appeal to me in this season.
as for the OVAs:
- Koe de Oshigoto -->> funny but very NSFW IMO :D
- Air Gear: Kuro no Hane to Nemuri no Mori ~Break on the sky~ -->> Better than the series. Looking forward for the next episode.
Start with 5 animes in October: All four supernature mentioned in this post plus "Soredemo Machi wa Mawatteiru". At first I'm quite happy that I can keep up with the pace, but after my work became busy I can not follow all these animes now.

I was thinking the same thing looking at what everyone is watching. I also agree that Kirino is just plain "tsun" with very little "dere". I guess I find Taketatsu's voice acting to be very good because she can be Azusa and be the opposite as Kirino. I also find myself watching many animes with Ayana Taketatsu in it.

Panty and Stocking is like....extremely un-appealing, due to cartoon-like characters and I refuse to watch it no matter how good the story is o_o

This anime season has been the first time where I'm following so many airing animes at the same time.
Currently watching: Oreimo, The World God Only Knows, Ika Musume, Sora no Otoshimono, and Toaru Majutsu no Index 2. I'm also catching up on Death Note and Goshuushou-sama Ninomiya-kun.
I still have a lot of other anime I have planned to watch but sometimes you can have too much of a good thing. Also school is more of a priority.
I only got two more days school this semester (saturday and Tuesday) to take exams :P, and Im just about done studying, so Im pretty free~
Oreimo is my fav. this season. Kirino is totally a perverted old man at heart xD
don't want to watch Sora no Otoshimono because every character has abnormally large breast.
Don't want to watch index because I don't feel like watching the whole season 1.
don't like death note type of anime
Goshuushou-sama is kinda wierd and totally random, though the OP theme sounds pretty nice, the anime itself has rather little story until like episode 10...

I'm at least hoping to keep up with Yosuga no Sora though, as I've been interested in the series ever since I found the visual novel. I'm hoping this anime will be filled with some good drama that will make me bawl like a baby. Like Clannad.
I agree, the anime is more explicit than I ever expected it to be, but it doesn't bother me much. It's just not something I'll watch with a group of friends now, lol.

Yosuga no Sora, has really deep and neat story, but they just have to add in a 40second sex scene in every episode.....ok so you are watching high schoolers "celebrate" after an issue is resolved.
I personally think this serie would be as good as Clannad if it didn't have those short scenes...
and looks like his own sister isn't getting away either...

episode 1,2,3,4 is first
then 1,2,5,6 is second (alternative story)
then 1,7,8,9 is another alternative story
and right now it is on 1,7,10,11,12 (Sora story)
