First Post - Doll Intro
This is my first post! I've been a longtime follower of Danny and this year I finally got my first girl(s) and figmas!
A little about me... I'm an artist, web developer, anime / manga fan and a big MMO gamer. For several years I drew online manga. I currently maintain a couple websites. My most well known site is probably WirePop.com. One of my newest websites is DollfieDreams.com. I also maintain a couple MMO fan-sites. I also produced a How to Color Anime Style DVD, which I may post about later.
This year I had set many goals for myself due to much inspiration from Danny's site and his fans. I made many purchases, nearly breaking my bank! ^_^; I got a new DSLR, an iPad, an SD girl and most recently a DD girl and my first figmas. I'm currently working on a new personal website / blog and I hope to get back into drawing and maybe even produce my own independent animation, which I hope to blog about. Maybe you'll follow me.
In the meantime, here is my first girl. She's a DoD E-An and she's become very important to me. I named her Jaimee. The very last picture shows my newest addition. She's a DD Type 2 with Head 04. As you can see, however, she's not put together yet. :( Due to the holidays I can't get her the wig and clothes I want. So that will be next year's first project!

Good to be here. I've actually been here for a while, but I made a new account so I could pick a different name. The shirt is from that site I told you about, dollmore. They have good stuff. Hopefully I can get my DD stuff started next month. Once my bank heals. :P
Ah, I really need to check out that Dollmore site when I get some time. Maybe I'll find more goodies! But my bank is well wounded too so it won't be for a while....

When I was first looking at these dolls I wanted something more realistic. Took me weeks to settle on this DoD one. Kinda sad that she cost 2x as much as the DD. And thanks, glad to be here. *hugs*

Welcome! DoT E-An is one of the few resin girls I've considered actually adopting versus just appreciating from afar, so seeing pictures of her is a treat. :) Looking forward to seeing the faceup on your DD girl, too!
