Holy hell! A Louise for 100 yen starting price?? That's nuts! I'd kill somebody for one of those regardless of staining. Oxy10 will take care of that quickly enuff. Dammit all, I have no way of doing anything about this either.... I would LOVE to buy that Louise! ORZ

There's 7 days left so the price could still go up after a while. Also, if you really are interested in it, is there anything stopping you from using a proxy service?

I have to admit, this is a pretty amazing price to start with especially with an actual Dollfie Dream even if it's a MDD. There is still 7 days left on the bid so there is plenty of time for things to change. I would keep an eye on it and see what happens in 7 days.

As for issues with international shipping, you can always use a deputy service like Rinkya or Shopping Mall Japan to buy it for you. You'll have to pay for the cost of the commission and the price of shipping, but it's a sure way to get it.

Wow. Bet she'll jump in price in the next few days. Like balldylox said, a bit of Oxy10 would clean up a lot. (Hmmm, long black hair, amber eyes and a goth-loli outfit would make a "passable" Tohya Miho from MegaTokyo)

I think Sakura would make a better Tohya Miho, especially considering she has PURPLE hair in most color art Fred's done of Miho. She also has the right kind of face.

I'm confused, what's the big surprise reaction? XD
It's not like it's a buy it now price, it's just the starting bid.

Sorry for the typo, I meant to say, "what's with the".

Anyhow, I might keep an eye on this auction, though I'm sure it'll still get to around 60,000 yen or so. orz

The surprise is the starting price. I have to say that this is the first time I have seen a Limited Edition DD go for only 100 yen. Usually sellers would start near the retail price only going maybe 500-1,000 yen lower. There are rare occasions where you can get Dollfies for less than their retail price but those are rare.

I understand, but I also imagine that the seller is confident that the final price will be near the original retail price despite whatever stains the doll may have (since everything is still included right down to the box and manual). There aren't many Louises floating around, so I'm sure there's already a hoard of people watching this auction. XD

Find friend who resides in Japan and ask him/her bid for you and then ask him/her ship to you for some amount of pay.

But he have that agent doing that right?
Wonder how much they charge, only if and if only I know someone in Japan....

Auction snipers are the suck. Shin Megami Tensei's Demon Bazaars had the right idea when they gave you the chance to post one final max bid (i.e. what you really value the services of a demon at based on your ability to pay and your need) on auctions before closing off contested auctions. This sniping crud is not one of the better parts of auctions over eBay or YJA - they should allow bidders on a auction to post one last maximum bid and let genuine best bids win rather than Fastest Fingers First.
