Poofiemus' Place
Taking photos of my apartment is something I've actually been meaning to do, but it took Danny's giveaway bribery to get me off my butt to do it. :) I'm glad I did, regardless of what the results of the giveaway are; being a student, I may very well end up moving once I graduate, so now I have a record of the place in case I do end up leaving.
You'll notice the place is a little sparse compared to the rooms some of you guys have. It's from a combination of tight budget and extremely finicky tastes. =P That being said, I think adding a PVC figure like Saber Triumphant would go over nicely, don't you? http://www.hlj.com/product/GSC96540 Hm-de-dooo. . .

Thanks! Not only that, but they're easy to clean and can be turned into impromptu light tables. :) I'm never going back to a wooden desk again!

Thank you! Though I'll admit it isn't always that clean. ^^; Usually the bed's unmade, and the desk is covered with papers, pencils, and random detritus. . . I was lucky that I'd given the place a post-finals cleaning not too long before. XD
My Litte ponyes! :D If I was in America I would order them white ponyes that you can paint ourself. Had one and it was fun to paint ^_^
Actually, it's possible to paint regular ponies too--that black one with orange hair used to be a regular 1st gen pony, white with purple hair. Granted, replacing their hair gets a little tedious, but it's definitely fun to give an older pony some TLC. :) This site will help you get started if you're interested: http://www.aikarin.com/mlp/customs/customtutorials.html

Ah, for re-rooting you'll want to check out this place: http://www.dollyhair.com/mlpnylonhair.htm That's the exact same hair Hasbro used to make the ponies, and she not only carries color matches but several hues that Hasbro never used, like the dark red Garnet Jewel color I used on the custom in my apartment; this gives you the options of restoration or customization. Lovely stuff, and you should get it fairly quickly. If you do a restore or a custom, I'd love to see photos! ^_^

Thanks! They're customs I put together using Pupapa's D.eye.Y bases, as are the blue ones in some of my other posts. I figured it was time to change them, since the green is more festive. ^_^
