Huh? Why is this so expensive. Even if it comes with a DVD box set that shouldn't cost more than 100...

The dvd special edition sale @ 30 Dec 2009 ~ you need to write in and draw lots to get the DVD set including the nendoroid... LIMITED and very few people get it -_-

Wow, that is rare. I think one of the rarest I have see is the Haruhi Suzumiya model of her in a gothic dress with a guitar. I know it's easy to import, for the right price of around £80 and up but over here in England it's impossible to find it anywhere.
However, that is not the most expensive unlike this love one above ^-^
The answer is yes. Theres 3 on ebay now that started at $1000usd, but have dropped down to around $750, not that anyone will pay that much and she can certainly be regarded as being one of the rarest Nendo's around.
That being said there are many really early Nendo's that are simply not available at all now from anywhere so it really is in the eyes of the beholder as to their value.
The real question is if she was the last Nendo you needed to complete your huge Nendo collection how much would YOU pay? My answer would be about $200usd at this point in time ^.^

I would only pay $200 at most for her as well. She went through eBay twice starting low. I only went up to $200 on my bids. The first one went for about $300 while the second for a little over $250 I believe. I've seen her sell for more, upwards of $500 but rarely over that.
I believe the Ryofuko Nendoroid is around the same price as this one. Most I ever paid for a nendoroid was $190, cannot see myself paying more than $200 for a nendoroid.

the only way you can get this figure is when u have a friend that has it and DOES NOT know it is rare,then you ask them if you want to sell it XD
Being a rare nendoroid, I doubt the person who has it, wouldn't know the rarity of it lol. Because of course, they would want to know how to acquire it lol

Wow. Never seen a Nendoroid set cost so much. Maybe it will make it onto Guinness Book of World Records for most expensive Nendoroid. That would be cool.
