laminating my UMD

Posted by superunature

So recently, I accidentally scratched my disk and my psp no longer reads it. So what do I do to fix this problem?
simple. Buy another disk.
well the new disk is on the way, Im thinking how should I dispose of this one.
so while being completely bored, I thought.
Make a magnet out of it, sounds fun.
so yeah. I now have a UMD magnet. lol

That's pretty clever. I haven't had any UMDs break or anything on me but if they did, I'd probably just toss them. Too bad your K-ON game was the one that broke since those imports are pricy.

Interesting. Why not try to repair the scratches?

Neat, but I agree. If a UMD is anything like a cd, a simple re-surface should fix it.

While I think using the disk as a magnet is very innovative, (I use my bad disks as Beer Coasters) I wonder about holding a Trash Pick-up Schedule!!... (just kidding! It's a good idea!)

how did you accidentally get super glue trough the open place on the umd, bad luck. But magnet looks nice, the disk looks cooler without the case.
