Looks good. I suggest you make the skirt shorter so more leg is exposed. Sailor Moon was popular because of body exposure :-)
Also, try to find real boots and customize them.
I want to see a DD Sailor Venus too!

Nice! You're right though, Mirai is better suited for Ami than Usagi. Someone on Den of Angels was considering Moe/Natsuki for Usagi, and I thought that was a pretty good match, though the 04 option head could work too with the right faceup.
Moe/Natsuki....umm...I tried before but the eyehold is not round and big enough....=.=
04 option head is a good idea, but....as you said it needs a right face-up....V_V;;;

ChibiMoon looks GREAT! Usagi... maybe use a head similar to what you had for Minako? since they both have those big eyes and puffy cheeks going on =P

For me the head most suited for Usagi-chan would be Kotori/Sayaka, but it's not easy to find. I think the default face-up expression, smile, and eye shape is just right for sweet-looking Usagi-chan.
