PPP, Nendoroid & Sound Figures Video (*^o^*)
Sun 2011/01/16 01:42 JST

Hiii (*^o^*)/
I made a new video for my Youtube Channel about otaku stuff :)
This time it's about PPP (Prop Plus Petit), Nendoroid and figures with sound! ^^
Hope you like it :3

Fantastic job again! I really love hearing new tips from you. ~(^∇^)~
Thanks!! ^o^
Glad you enjoyed it! :3
Great video! This will be a great tutorial for new figure collectors who have no idea what types of figures are out there. By the way, I thought the domo was an extra accessory when I first saw it haha.
Thanks!! :D Hehehe..Would be awesome to get Domo accessories with your Nendo! :3
Love the way you said the name of Kuroku's anime. So cute! I wonder if I'm saying things correctly most of the time when I'm in Japan. LOL
Heh^^ Kagaku is a difficult word ^^;; (To aru Kagaku no Railgun) Love to speak Japanese though ^o^
Yeah, me too. Some of the titles are such tongue twisters that you can understand why they shorten them. Like Ore no Imōto ga Konna ni Kawaii Wake ga Nai got shortened to Oreimou.
And it also works both ways! Fruits Basket is shorten to FuruBa ^^
Shizuo rocks!
Desu ne ^^ Wanted to show Selty at first, but I love how Shizuo says "Izaya~kun" :D
You should make that the ring tone on your phone. LOL. I bought the Kamen Rider Den-O talking figures and an Azusa one on the last trip. Love it when Momotaros says Kono Kame Yarou!
lolol^^ At the moment I'm using music from the game Monkey Island :3 Love it!
so when changing the nendroid's face its okay if the head is disconnected from the neck? my Melissa Seraphy nendroid has necks for each face. just curious..
*nods* :3 Each head/face has it's own neck, but you can disconnect them and they're compatible with each other :)
Thanks for that educational video. I was wondering at first why Domo-chan made an appearance.
Heh ^^;; few days ago(1,5 week) my nail was broken (from the base..it hurts >__<)
Thanks for the PPP info. Looks like they are super popular because every store is sold out!
*nods* they are :) I love them! Got the K-on school Uniform set and a maid cosplay mio, yui, ritsu&tsumugi, 6 ppp's from to aru kagaku no railgun, 6 from Bakemonogatari and 4 from Black Butler ^o^. Tiny, cheap but very good paintwork and quality ^^
Yeah I found a bunch of little figures like that this trip including some K-On ones for less than 1000 yen.
You mean each figure for less than 1000 yen? :)
Most of the time you can buy them for 700/800 yen :)
Sometimes you see amazing discounts like 450 yen!!
O_O
Here is one that I got of Mio. Same size as Nendos and almost as detailed.
Hm? Link is missing? :) Are you talking about Banpresto figures? Got some K-on too :) Same size indeed. And cute ^^ Still the nendoroids are cuter :3
Oops, sorry about that: http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/item_s-523041.html
They are Banpresto. I got the Mio and the Ritsu ones for 980yen each. I also just ordered this from Mandrake last night: http://www.biginjap.com/pvc-figures/1668-k-on-ichiban-kuji-kyun-chara-sp-e-sawako-nodoka.html
Can't wait for it to arrive.
Ah ^^ Thought so :) Got the Mio, Ritsu, Tsumugi and Azunyan :) (Got the yui Nendoroid so I've putted the 5 figures together^^ Looks great!!)
Love the Sawako and Nodoka you've ordered! Really want the Nodoka :3
Keep an eye on Mandrake because they come in and out fast. They have this one currently: http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/item_s-497395.html
Heh ^^ Nice *O*
Will wait until I'm in Japan though :)
I plan on visiting the Mandrake in Nakano quite a bit. Sure to put a dent in my wallet. LOL
Nakano is awesome ^^
But my favorite Mandarake is the one in Shibuya :3
Always find rare items over there! ^^
Thanks for the tip! Gotta find that store next April when I'm back in Japan.
It's in front of the Choco Cro :) Use google street view :)
I love that mandarake! Found 2 Shiki figures, Durarara Artbook, ToriKoro Artbook and more :) Each Holiday this Mandarake makes me so happy! *^o^*
Really my favorite! Oh! and in the same street is a lovely small maid cafe! ^o^
Found it on their website. Now its on the "Must GO" list. LOL. Plus I can get some Choco-Cro after I shop. I love all the different coffee shops around Tokyo so much that I refuse to go to Starbucks when I'm there. Did you get to try the Choco Banana Cro?
In Holland we have only 5 starbucks!T__T
(And not close to my house)..
So I love the Starbucks in Japan! I love the Milky Rollcake!! (*O*)
But I love Du Tour, Choco Cro, Tullies, Segafredo & Excelsior Cafe too!! :3
I have a tea and cake obsession.. So Japan is just perfect Hahahaha *^^*
Doutor was the first coffee shop I ever tried in Japan. Tully's is my fave coffee store although I mix and match. Be sure to try Cafe Veloce and Key Coffee as well when you go back. The bake shops like Vie De France and Anderson also have good coffee with their awesome breads.
Oh! and haven't tried the Choco banana cro O_O
Didn't see it O_O
Love the Choco Jersy Milk Cro!! (*O*)
Cafe Veloce is cheap ^o^ Like it! Never been to Key Coffee! Love Vie De France, go there often when I'm in akiba but still need breakfast. Anderson Take-out is great too! :3 Ahw men.. when I talk about Japan I miss it soooo much T___T
I miss it too but at least you and I will be back again in just a few months. I'm actually a little jealous of you because you will get to stay a lot longer. I only get 3 weeks vacation but I remember you saying you will be there 6 months. Gotta start making plans for a longer stay. LOL
*nods*..6 months..:) But it's still so far away T__T.. Oh well, more time to practise Japanese :)
Very well made video the background music is awesome :) I love the figures that made sounds especially Yui and the Taiko drum master XD
Thank you! ^o^ Yes the sound figures are awesome ^^ Got 4 of those Taiko drum :) (and K-on set).
Well done. I like the Yuki Nagato sound device. Does it say any other things.
Nagato's Sound-drop only says 1 phrase :) The Durarara figures have 2 different phrases :)
You should host a TV show. n_n
(O__O).. I would be soooo scared hahahaha *^^*
I feel really uncomfortable in front of the camera ^^;;
But glad you like it *^^*
Never knew that Nendroids came with sounds.
As they say you learn something new everyday.
Look forward to pt3
No, they're not nendoroids :) Would be very awesome though! :)
Nice. Loved the domokun effect :)
Teeheehee! *^o^* Thnx!!
very informative, thanks!
Your welcome :3
Glad you like it!
Please make more videos about figures! ^-^
I will ^^ Part 3 (last part) will follow soon :3
I'm not familiar with Nendoroid figures, did not know they came with extra parts nd yes the quality looks good.
Nice presentation.
Thanks :3 Nendoroids are awesome^^
Nice presentation you are a good host ;)
the keychain stuff was interesting and the speaking little ppp's were funny.
When you were changing snow Miku's head so quickly, I thought "ahh be careful snow Miku might break" but I guess you are well experienced with handling Nendoroids and know what they can endure =D
Ah, the speaking figures are not ppp :)
I'm always very careful with figures :3 Please don't worry ^^
I cry when something would break T______T
Glad you liked my vid *^^*
