i cant help it....she's really cute!!!!!! i'd love her to be my first DD <3 problem is I CAN'T FIND HER ANYWHERE!

there should be a few on Yahoo Auction Japan, use a proxy service like shoppingmalljapan to buy it.

Well, considering the extra outfits that are also included in the two auctions listed below, she's actually a pretty good price. You may also want to keep an eye on http://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/shop/en/ chances there are slim, very slim, but if she does pop up, you can buy straight from them, using paypal, and no service charges.
I got most of my DD's from YAJ or Mandarake
Any limited DD's that are released, be prepared to pay 2x original price for one... Keep in mind, this is not a cheap hobby at all.
Actually she is a special limited one, but for some reason her price hasn't reached to some insane value like some of the other DDs.
