I ran into a Keima Katsuragi at Anime Los Angeles 2011 last week. I was in LA for a vacation with some friends and I went to ALA for taking photos.

Well, after using my old desktop after my tablet died, I processed and uploaded this photo and few days later I found out it was submitted to ANN by a person who is unknown at this time and of a unknown cosplayer. If any of you guys know who it is, contact me please.
Couldn't you email ANN? Simply explain that the image is your copyright property and that you want any information on the source. If they say no, simply get bitchy and demand they either remove the image, or credit you for it...
