Garance: My favorite figure....Japan-side, anyway

I stumbled upon this figure quite a while ago, and I have to say, this is my most favorite Japanese figure I own. I would say my Volks Belldandy & Holy Bell was my favorite, but I have yet to assemble her, and she's still in that huge suitcase thing,hehe.
Anyways, this figure is called Garance. I have no idea if she's associated with a Manga, light novel, or Anime....or none of the above. I just liked how cute it was. I also liked her little Anbu mask she has. Kinda reminds me of that one movie where kids have to find demons or something?

That is an utterly adorable figure! Lovely photos. I especially like the 6th picture with Vash. So like him to just plop down and chat with a kid.

Jealous yours came out nice...I bought her myself awhile back on the strength of foobarbaz's shots unfortunatly mine has tones of paint defects and the paper latern she sits on is malformed and won't fit in the peg on the base... *sigh*
As for what shes from...Its from a line of different GKs that all portray different aspects of Japanese life each with its own color theme like gold, blue, green etc etc...They were all supposed to be released as a series, but I haven't heard anything more about it since this one came out...

Never saw this character before, actually. I do love the way she's posed though!
Nice to see someone else who bought this lovely item! There's also a little story booklet inside the front cover of the box that gives a little story to the character as well.
