Kiriko Hattori

" "DAI SHOGUN" is the highly anticipated multi-media event featuring original character designs by internationally renowned illustrator Shunya Yamashita, animation by Studio Anima, and a host of character goods from our very own Yamato. Kicking things off, Yamato presents a stunning PVC statue of heroine Kiriko Hattori in her ninja outfit, the outfit she wears while on secret missions. Based on a the character illustration of Shunya Yamashita and sculpted by the master Mitsumasa Yoshizawa (REFLECT), Kiriko stands over an impressive 13.25", is equipped with katana and hair stick, and comes complete with base in a collector's style window box. "

I don't know anything about Dai Shogun other than the above quote and what's been revealed at animenewsnetwork.com, but I want this figure.

I have quite a few figures from Yamato and am farily pleased with their overall quality. What is it that you don't like about their quality?

Yeah this is the same reason I'm hesitant to get her. I don't trust Yamato. Their figures are usually a hit or miss.

Yamashita-sensei and Yoshizawa-sensei again eh? The 2 of 'em are really made for each other. As far as I know, Yoshizawa-sensei is the only to be able to sculpt Yamashita-sensei's illustrasion perfectly

As for this figure, I really want it, but the price is way to expensive for me T_T

She is pretty expensive, normally I probably wouldn't pay this much for a figure. Though, I think I can make an exception here since she's pretty big (she's 13.4") and she was designed by Shunya Yamashita ^_^.

Found her in the mall of ASIA whilst on holiday in the Philippines. She's stunning. Check out my pics here: http://awwesome.com. Thank you Shunya Yamashita
