Just a 4 minute walk from Matsudo Station is GOOD SMILE Cafe's 「Panty and Stocking Cafe」, held on the 27th January till 7th February 2011.
During the event, the cafe is plastered with everything related to Panty and Stocking, with a variety of showcase items, such as a pantyhose exhibition and goods sale, with special menus to delight every panty sniffer and stocking licker.

A special menu for desserts and drinks have been prepared, with a「Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Cafe Original Coaster」for every order.
The special menu and a shop card when ordering.
1st coaster has ended distribution.

Strangely, touching and photo taking is allowed(?).

Can't help but laugh when they showcased bits of the monsters they blew up like some kind of twisted fossil exhibition. XD
Just awesome. I love the fact that Gainax is gleefully parodying everything that's wrong with both Japanese and American animation right now. I am hoping that the new law in Tokyo doesn't shut the show down.
Thou it has finished airing, I really wonder how season 2 will end up.
They might just go to another broadcasting station like AT-X with less restrictions I'm guessing

That aside, thanks so much for the post, now I'm jealous for the rest of the day. It'd definitely be an enjoyable moment eating the snacks ( the menu actually looks pretty awesome) and taking a look around (and spending money as well but that's always implied, uhn).
If my Jap-fashion sense isn't rusty, that's like a baggy singlet you wear with another T inside. Something like a double layered top with a much loose collar area.
