Black Rock Shooter NenPuchi Help!

Hi there! I got the limited edition BRS DVD box for Christmas, and it's amazing. But I have a problem with the NenPuchis!
I feel like such a n00b for asking, but...
Puchi BRS's big ponytail won't fit onto the back of her head. (I can't take a picture atm; my camera battery is charging! orz) I've even tried forcing it on, but it seems like the hole on the back of her head that it's supposed to fit on is too big. I have the same problem with the hole on the back of DM for her stand. The stand circle is too big to fit into her back. This is very frustrating ;u;
Do you think it's a defect? Or are you just supposed to force it in angrily?
Can someone please tell me the correct way to put it on? owo
I remember my BRS's ponytail being a bit difficult to attach also. Just keep trying; make sure you're pushing from the right angle and you can give it a bit of force.
Lol I forced it in there cuz at first it wouldnt go in. xD I know I tried it already.

Mine was tight as well had to force it in with a considerable amount of force >///<
Ah, yeah, I tried again today. Maybe I'm too weak, or I just am paranoid about breaking them, but I still can't seem to get it to fit >w<
hmmmm i guess you just have to keep trying with a little extra force?
I was kinda lazy and frustrated when i forced it in so I just removed the other parts to make sure those don't get damaged and pushed it until it snapped in ^^;
