          Thanks! Surprisingly I bought the guitar long before K-on was an anime, but I did get pretty excited when I seen that Yui had the same model ^_^

              Epiphone Les Paul. Yui's is a Gibson Les Paul. Epiphone is owned by Gibson, but I believe they ship their guitars to other countries like China for cheaper labor. A gibson les paul can cost $3500+ while an epiphone is usually under 1000.

              The materials used are the same, though!
