This is definitely from Valkyria Chronicles, though I don't recognise her. Is she from VC2 or the newly released VC3, can anyone verify?

Yeah like the others said Riela from Valkyria Chronicles 3. It looks pretty awesome with the mini Valkyrian Lance and shield.
At the bottom of the blog these pics are from it was mentioned that if you buy it you get a code to use in the game. When you enter the code you get another mission, if you complete it you get a powerful weapon. Plus you can get a GSC sticker to use on the tank.

Is this Tsubasa Hanekawa? It's the only one left that's not been revealed but it looks a little smaller compared to the others.
