Nendoroid Hatsune Miku Absolute HMO Edition
Mon 2011/02/07 20:20 JST
The whole figure is pretty good, quality isn't as great as the ones i had before. There are some loose parts,i give this figure a 6 out of 10.
An information for people who are getting this, the decals are at the back of the piece of background inside the box.
Next figure on the list:figma.Black Gold Saw

what the hell....
Hei, the moment i saw your post, i took up my HMO nendo and take a look underneath, it seems i got the same problem as well, at the exact same leg =.= ....I'm interested to know what Amiami replied...U mind to share? ( Mine bought from Amiami as well......)
i'll show you part of the email they sent me
"o be perfectly honest, the jointing issues you have
shown us in this mail are not unusual for this type of figure - they
are within the realm of "acceptible" irregularities as determined by the
manufacturer. GSC actually has rather strict quality control requirements
for their items, but even with that there will always be some joints that
may be a bit tighter or looser with every figure. While of course some
items may end up being a bit easier to pose and others just a bit worse, at
the end of the day those are simply the risks that all customers purchasing
figures must make.
We have checked a copy of the figure that we have on hand at our office, and
it displays the same type of jointing as described in your mail and shown in
your photos. It is our opinion that all figures in this run will have very similar, or exactly the same, issues with regards to joints. Also, if small parts like this are made to fit very tightly there is a good chance that they may actually break during posing. As you may know, some Nendoroid Petits have very tight neck joints which can lead to breakage."
I know this is not amiami faults but they make me feel like they don't want to send me a replacement part.At least hobby search sent me replacement part without writing me such a long message.
Black gold saw is going to be my last figma and i won't buy nendoroids anymore.I guess i should start collecting more expensive figure from brands like alter,at least i wouldn't be frustrated about defective joints.
Oh well....my HMO just put on the shelf forever, very hard to pose, the head is so loose that it can rotate 360 degree without much force lol....
Ya... it's hard to pose, mine always fall off the stand.
Regarding amiami, i also had a problem with my brs figma, they asked me to send back to them for inspection, the postage fee is more expensive than the figma already lol. Now i prefer hobbysearch , once i got nendoroid with its head broken , they send a replacement without long long story while amiami....sigh....
Black gold saw is my last order from amiami.
Mine is loose like this as well. D:

Ghost
