Help! Bootleg or not?

Hello friends,

this time i need your help.
I´ve bought a Black Rock Shooter Wallscroll from a German Ebay Seller.
Was happy to find this stuff and today the Wallscroll arrived.

But im sure in one way that this only could be a bootleg after i opened the package.

There is no Hint of an Artist or Manufacturer.

Next Problem.
If this is really fake what should i do?
Tell Ebay? Tell Police?

HEEEELP
I want original merchandise stuff. Especially then when i have to pay 30,-- € for this.

Don't worry it is not a bootleg, but it is not official either. kinda like a doujinshi. so it has not been ripped off, but it is not an official BRS product.

This is the exact same hanging rod as the custom wall-scroll that you can buy from HK. but I wouldn't call it a "bootleg" if identical item doesn't exist. ( I could be wrong) but I think it is custom print~
I guess you could force a return. but would probably be charged return shipping. annnnd.....telling ebay or the police probably wouldn't do you much good~ annnd 30 euro is certainly quite a bit for a non-official wallscroll

      why I used so many "n" I don't know~
but erm...yeah...probably not a real or fake...just a custom printed.
which abides by ebay rule as long as it dosen't use copyrighted image.

From my experience, this is definitely 'bootlegged'. I see these wallscrolls all the time in Hong Kong that cost me barely any money at all to buy. The print job on this wallscroll is pretty poor, the illustration style doesn't match the original illustrator's (Huke) or the animation studio, Ordet.

There really isn't much you can do. It all depends on the item description on eBay, since it can be "authentic" to some doujin circle and not to the aforementioned parties. You get what I mean? If the picture in the ebay sale is exactly the same as this, there's nothing you can really do at this point besides contacting the seller and telling them you want a refund.

Personally, I'd just hang the thing. When it comes to figures I really prefer authentic, but printed materials like this I don't really care as much.

I bought a 24x36 clannad scroll (knowing it's not "genuine"(really like the image but official wall scrolls of this image just doesn't exist) from California (probably imported from HK)
and the print quality is surprisingly good. very vibrant with sharp edges. and no obvious flaws on the print.
      but...I only paid $14 including shipping....and not 30 Euro/ $40~

I say it's in the middle, like how people print custom posters and t-shirts

Just a custom. Ebay's filled with custom wallscrolls, tshirts and yes, dakimakura covers.
They grab pictures off the Internet and print that on the linen/etc with no credit to the original author (As I see tons of pixiv images printed on these).
Some auctions even have notes saying you can email them for requests.

Anyways, I got a Saber wallscroll from the "Fate Poster Collection" myself.
Well this whole collection is officially only on paper.. At least my door looks nice.

So just see them as a Printshop.

It's not official but it's not really a bootleg either. It's just custom made.

A good rule of thumb is, official Wallscrolls are hard to come by, so most you see online are doujin works, or copy pasta from some image site unto tapestry so, don't go worry whether it's bottleg, if you like it just hang it/buy it
