Racing Rin is dirty!? HELP!!!

My Racing Rin Nendo puchi is one of my favourite figures. But today I got a shock. I was taking her to my friends house in a plastic bag. All my other puchis were in there. I took her out now and there are blue scratches on her arm!? (1st picture) I tried to wash them off with water and a cloth but it didn't work. I've put her other arm on her for now (2nd picture) but please help!
