A M A Z I N G Cosplay help?

Hello everyone,

I'm a cosplayer, and, well, I have this enemy/rival in cosplay who always thinks she's the best and is really mean :( This year she challenged me that her cosplay will be better. I really want to outshine her this time just to give her a taste of her own medicine. And so, I need a character that has an AMAZING OUTRAGEOUS outfit cosplay. Frills, bows, wings, anything that has lots of details and is inspiring

Characters I've cosplayed as before:
- Sakura Kinomoto / Cardcaptor Sakura - Opening Red dress
- Shugo Chara - Amulet Spade
- Angel Beats! - Kanade

So you can base how I'd look like on those.

How I look:
- Willing to wear a wig, no contact lenses though
Eye Color: Brown
Height: 156 cm (5 foot 1.5)
Weight: Skinny? 42 kg (92.4 pounds)
Skin color: Pale when using makeup, so I can get the anime-ish skin color
Age: 15
- I look younger than my age if I were in America, and sometimes even here where I live. Imagine Anya, Taiga, or Louise (Zero no Tsukaima) and you'd see me xD

I thought clamp characters would have elaborate and amazing cosplay, like Chii or something like that. Open to any other suggestions.
I thought about Victorique from Gosick. But scratch that, I think, because it'd be difficult to do my skit in her cosplay?

Then I thought of Alice from Pandora heart. She has that dark amazing cosplay. Elaborate enough?
I want to cosplay as Kanata (Dannychoo's 3rd mascot and Mirai's friend) one day :D She's my favorite <3
